Univerz Platform Disclaimer

Univerz is a decentralized database and peer-to-peer e-commerce protocol or (DEC- decentralized e-commerce) that people can use to create, trade and swap digital collectibles and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). There is 1 version of the Univerz protocol V1 and we are currently working on the V2, which is made up of free, public, open-source or source-available software including a set of smart contracts that are deployed on the Ethereum Blockchain. Every interested user can participate in developing and shaping the protocol by participating and submitting proposals. All you need to participate, open a store, add a listing or buy and get a reward is a web3 wallet. Currently these wallets are supported (Metamask, Wallet connect, Coinbase Wallet, Formatic). Before using the Univerz protocol, you should review the relevant documentation to make sure you understand how the Univerz protocol works. Additionally, just as you can access email email protocols such as SMTP through multiple email clients, you can access the Univerz protocol through dozens of web or mobile interfaces. You are responsible for doing your own diligence on those interfaces to understand the risks they present. AS DESCRIBED IN THE UNIVERZ PROTOCOL LICENSES, THE UNIVERZ PROTOCOL IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Although “Univerz DAO” developed much of the initial code for the Univerz protocol, it does not provide, own, or control the Univerz protocol, which is run by smart contracts deployed on the Ethereum blockchain. Upgrades and modifications to the protocol are managed in a community-driven way by the community. Users define the direction. No developer or entity involved in creating the Univerz protocol will be liable for any claims or damages whatsoever associated with your use, inability to use, or your interaction with other users of, the Univerz protocol, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or loss of profits, cryptocurrencies, tokens, or anything else of value.
